SHINS Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between SHINS Corporation Sdn Bhd online store ("SHINS.my", “Our”, “We”), and you ("You", "Your", "Affiliate") as an Affiliate utilizing the SHINS.my service.

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up for SHINS.my affiliate program, you indicate Your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

The following agreement is summarized as follows:

• You may place SHINS.my banners and/or links anywhere on Your site as You see fit, or within non-spam emails.
• We may email You concerning new SHINS programs
• We may change the service here and then
• Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed
• You will be paid Your commissions, at such time as Your account balance is RM50 or more.
• You are required to contact SHINS.my either via email or telephone call to withdraw Your balance in your account. 
• Commissions will be paid either via Bank transfer or Cheque to You.
• Please allow up to 30 days for SHINS.my to process Your Commission Payment. 
• All statistics are collected and calculated by SHINS.my, and will be the only valid statistics used for determining commissions.
• Any page that contains SHINS.my links, banners, or code must be written in English. You are required to request approval from SHINS.my if Your website written in other languages.
• As an Affiliate, You can only have one account for one website. 
• Self-referrals for Affiliate are strictly prohibited.
• International Affiliates (those with addresses outside of the Malaysia) are paid via Paypal or other banking facility where possible.
• Your physical address listed for receiving cheques must be Your actual address. Mail forwarding services, for the purpose of avoiding network demographics is not allowed. For example, if You choose Malaysia as Your country, You must be located in Malaysia. 
• You shall not hold us liable for anything, a link to a non-SHINS.my Web site does not mean that SHINS.my endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such Web site.
• You cannot SPAM. We will terminate Your account on the first offense of SPAMMING. Do not send email to lists or groups that You do not have permission to send to. 
• You may place banners or links within Your newsletters, in content of Your website, or within other web related content.
• Affiliate accounts that are left inactive will be removed from Our system without any prior notice. An inactive affiliate account is defined as any account that has not been logged in to for a period of 3 months and has a balance of less then RM50, nor have any transactions been posted to that account for a period of 3 months. 
• All other uses of banners or links, such as newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guestbooks etc. are not allowed.
• Any placement of creative in a "Desktop" advertising scheme is not allowed. "Desktop" advertising scheme includes any and all 3rd party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.
• Any displays of SHINS.my banners or links that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user are not allowed.
• Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination from SHINS.my completely with a complete forfeit of commissions.
• Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. Any attempted fraud or fraud will result in membership termination and voided commissions.
• If you run or utilize an incentive website, You may participate in SHINS.my's affiliate programs ONLY IF You receive specific written permission from SHINS.my. You must also copy this specific permission to us, and that permission must detail exactly what kind of incentive Your users have to click the links. Without this permission, Your commissions may be voided. 
• At SHINS.my affiliate program, there are two levels of affiliate plans: General plan and Silver Plan. All affiliates begin at the General Plan, and can enjoy only 5% commission from each sales referred. SHINS.my will upgrade Affiliates' affiliate plan manually when the Affiliates consider as "Quality" affiliates. SHINS.my reserved the rights to switch Your affiliate plans level with or without prior notices. A "Quality" affiliates is defined by SHINS.my without any specified measure.
• SHINS Corporation Sdn Bhd reserved the rights to change the terms and conditions with or without prior notice. 
• By signing up SHINS.my affiliate program, means You have agreed with all Our terms and conditions.
