Responsibilities

• In charge of E-commerce and online business.
• To lead a team to manage daily E-commerce operations including sales, A&P, contents, inventory, pricing, fulfilment and enquiries.
• To develop and grow E-commerce operations across different markets/channels.
• To collaborate and facilitate Digital Marketing activities including SEO/SEM, Social Media, EDM, KOLs etc.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in E-commerce/Business/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Extensive Knowledge on E-commerce/Digital Marketing/ Social Media/Marketplaces/ O2O/ Analytics/ Graphic Design/Webstore Development.
• Strategic thinker and a good team player.
• Interested in a career in Beauty and Personal care industry.

• Establish customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Support in merchandising and housekeeping of retail store.
• Able to commit retails work hours, weekend & public holidays.
